PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment mounting base which distributes the load of equipment such as a vending machine over the bottom face of a height adjustment member to prevent its foundation from recessing or cracking due to load concentration and to protect the foundation from damage, while making it possible to place a support plate horizontally without requiring complicated height adjustments such as adjustment of its height by the rotation of the threaded portions of support legs, and providing for excellent workability for the operation of installing equipment in place. SOLUTION: The equipment mounting base 1 includes a height adjustment member 2 having a higher side support section 9 at one end and a lower side support section 10 at the other end, the support section 10 being thicker than the support section 9; and a support plate 20 having the height adjustment member 2 mounted on its lower face, with one of the equipment's support legs 43 placed on its upper face at one end and the other of the equipment's support legs 43 placed at the other end.
