<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club head having a metal layer with various forms and materials formed by suppressing thermal effects to a golf club head; its manufacturing method; and a golf club having the same head. <P>SOLUTION: This golf club head includes a head body with a metal outer shell structure, and first and second metal layers 21 and 22 formed on an inside surface 20a of a face part 20, or a partial surface of the head body. The first metal layer 21 is formed in close contact with the inside surface 20a and locally intrudes in the inside surface 20a of the face part 20 without interposing any deteriorated layer caused by the heat between itself and the head body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
