PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber product-treating agent composition imparting a comfortable feeling (flexibility and water absorptivity) on clothes and having an excellent wrinkle reducing effect and excellent in preservation stability by preventing reduction in the volume caused from stiffening and pile-falling of fiber products in washing utilizing a drum type washer and after air-drying or heat-drying, and to provide a method for treating fiber products. SOLUTION: The fiber product-treating agent composition includes (a) an amino modified silicone compound having 8,000-20,000 of amino equivalent, (b) a polyoxyethylenealkyl or alkenylether type nonionic surfactant with at least 7 of HLB, and (c) a nonionic surfactant represented by general formula (1), wherein m and n are each an integer of 0-15, m+n is 5-15, EO is an oxyethylene group, and x is a number of 1-70.
