PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic cloth suitably usable for clothes, supporter or the like, giving tightening effects, supporting the motion of the joint, and providing massaging effects. SOLUTION: The elastic cloth has a securely tightening part at a part of the cloth. The securely tightening part has an elastic foamed resin part formed of an elastic resin and a foaming agent, and the tensile elongation in the warp direction of the cloth is 100-300%. The breaking elongation of the elastic foamed resin is 30-200% and the 30% modulus thereof is 1-3 N/mm<SP>2</SP>. The height of the elastic foamed resin part is 100-1,900μm. The resin is two-dimensionally arranged in a dotted shape, and the dots are formed so that one dot has a diameter of 1-3 mm at the bottom face part, and the interval of the dots is 0.5-3 mm.
