PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a fine structure of a fine particle carrying catalyst by applying DNA program self-organization to the fine particle carrying catalyst as uncertainty of structure control makes a development based on a theoretical prediction difficult, which is one of causes that the development of the fine particle carrying catalyst bears largely a trial and error aspect even now, and in a conventional catalyst preparation method it is difficult to control the alignment of particles though a size and a density of the particles can be controlled, while in the DNA program self-organization, not only such control under the nano level is possible but also oxide powder or graphite and the like can be used as a carrier. SOLUTION: The object of the present invention can be attained by production of a fine particle carrying catalyst structure using the DNA program self-organization and activation treatment of the structure produce<SB>d</SB>.
