PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the convenience of a user, with respect to an image retrieval device for retrieving an image. SOLUTION: A retrieval means 5 retrieves an image, a display means 4 displays display contents having a first display area for displaying information about the retrieved image and a second display area for displaying information about selected information in the information about the image displayed in the first display area, a receiving means 4 receives from a user an instruction to select one or more pieces of information from the information about the image displayed in the first display area belonging to the displayed display contents, and a control means 4 controls so that the information about the selected information in the information about the image displayed in the first display area on the basis of the instruction received from the user is displayed in the second display area.
