PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delta-sigma type A/D converter capable of increasing the number of low-noise bandpass bands while suppressing power consumption low. SOLUTION: The delta-sigma type A/D converter includes a signal generating means which samples input signals in different timing to generate a first signal and a second signal which are orthogonal with each other, and at least one bandpass filter means which inputs the first signal and the second signal to perform filtering thereon. The bandpass filter means includes: a first integration means for integrating the first signal; a second integration means for integrating the second signal; a first feedback means for feeding an output of the first integration means back to an input of the second integration means using a variable feedback coefficient; and a second feedback means for feeding an output of the second integration means back to an input of the first integration means using a variable feedback coefficient.
