PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it has been necessary for a stamp or a penetration stamp and a shredder which have been conventionally used as a means of erasing a letter easily for the protection of personal information to be pressed down many times in the case of stamping or penetration stamping on a limited flat printing surface when the erasing area of the letter is wide.
