SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATICALLY ATTACHING OF INSULATION PANEL

A system is provided to automatically attach insulation panels to the wall of a cargo tank by processing images obtained by the image capturing unit and locating a stud bolt based on the result. A system for automatically attaching insulation panels comprises an image capturing unit(10), a remote controller(20), a robot controller(30), and a robot(40). The image capturing unit is inserted into a fitting hole of an insulation panel, which is formed corresponding to a stud bolt, to capture images of a wall in which the insulation panel is installed and the stud bolt and transmit the images. The remote controller displays the images transmitted from the image capturing unit and transmits a control signal inputted by the user. The robot controller processes the images and the control signal transmitted from the remote controller and transmits a drive control signal for setting the insulation panel on the wall. The robot attaches the insulation panel to the wall in response to the drive control signal transmitted from the robot controller.
