摘要 An analysis system for measuring a Smad activation by a TGF-beta is provided to simplify the experiment process and measure a small amount of sample. A Smad activation-dependent reporter gene expression vector comprises (i) a nucleic acid molecule having DNA sequence which Smad transcription factor is connected to, (ii) a luciferase gene connected to 3'-terminal of the nucleic acid molecule, (iii) an antibiotics-resistant gene as a selection probe. The antibiotics-resistant gene is hygromycine resistant gene. A method for measuring the activation or amount of Smad transcription factor or TGF- beta comprises: a step of treating TGF- beta inhibitor or activator into a transfected cell line; and a step of measuring the luciferase activation of the treated cell line; A method for screening an anticancer drug, anti-inflammatory drug or anti-fibrosis drug comprises: a step of treating the TGF- beta inhibitor or activator into the transfected cell line; and a step of comparing the luciferase activations between the transfected cell line and the control cell.
