An apparatus to control a multi programmable constant air flow is provided to maintain a constant air flow without a constant pressure and a wind pressure of a controller. An electronic control unit(70) comprises a logic circuit(6), a gate circuit(5), and a power switch circuit(4). An electronic control unit operates a brushless or an electronic commutated motor(2). A current detection circuit detects a motor load current from the electronic control unit. The rotor position detection circuit detects the location of the rotor of the motor, and the multi program interface circuit(9) inputs the maximum speed and a constant wind value of the motor to a microprocessor(7). The interface circuit(47) inputs the direct current variable voltage or the pulse-width modulation signal to microprocessor.
