The agent is provided on or in the paper or spongy material, which slides on an attached foil side in a water-soluble manner, where antiseptic-, medicative-, nurturing and odor characteristics are added to the agent. The agent has different state forms such as powder, foam and bubbles filled with anti-adhesive agent.
