PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cogging torque and detent torque and realize high performance in a magnetism rotating apparatus, in which a rotor 2 made up of two or more permanent magnets 4 arranged at equal intervals along the hoop direction, and a stator 1 made up of two or more electromagnets 3 arranged at equal intervals along the hoop direction around the rotor 2 are provided, and the rotor 2 is rotated through an attractive force and a repulsive force generated between the permanent magnet and the electromagnet by feeding the electromagnet 3 with electricity intermittently.
