<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a plurality of image input devices on a screen without considerably moving a visual line while watching an image obtained with the plurality of image input devices on the screen. <P>SOLUTION: In response to an operation of a mouse 6, a cursor is displayed at an arbitrary position on a display device 2, and in response to a click operation of the mouse 6, a control element 4 is displayed on the display device 2.
