PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic imaging apparatus capable of recognizing a captured image as an image equivalent to actual visual feeling characteristics, even if a part of visible light is reflected at a lens or a cover glass of the lens. SOLUTION: The electronic imaging apparatus includes a color correction facility for correcting an image photographed through a lens into a proper color status corresponding to the photographing environment. At a back face of a cover glass 2 arranged on a lens 3a or a front face of the lens 3a, a visible light reflecting film composed of a dielectric multilayered film layer or a penetrable metal thin film layer is formed directly or via other coat layer, in order to reflect a part of visible light. Thereby, a part of visible light is reflected to obtain a reflected color of desired visible light. Then, visible light of a wavelength band missed by reflection is corrected by the color correction facility within the electronic imaging apparatus. Accordingly, the apparatus can maintain visual feeling characteristics equivalent to a captured image when original visible light is not reflected. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
