PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation apparatus and a program, capable of obtaining sound of a virtual sound generator, even if an object is a model of a complicated system. SOLUTION: Sound characteristics (frequency spectrum) of an existing sound generator and a developed sound generator are generated by a conventional simulation method, and their difference (a ratio) is calculated. Based on the difference, an existing sound generator actual measured spectrum which is a spectrum generated based on the sound actually sounded by the existing one is corrected, and a characteristic prediction spectrum is generated. The sound to be sounded by the developed sound generator is predicted and sounded, by modifying the sound of the existing one based on the characteristic prediction spectrum.
