It is an object to provide an alternating current motor control device configured to ensure insulation between a low voltage circuit and a high voltage circuit and to be possible for miniaturization. A motor control device set at each arm of an inverter circuit to supply an electric current to an alternating current motor is provided with a driving circuit (20) that drives a switching element which each arm has and an electric power source control circuit (27) that controls an electric power supply circuit to supply electric power. A low voltage circuit region (7) is provided with the electric power source control circuit (27). A high voltage circuit region (5) includes one driver circuit (20). The high voltage circuit region is inserted between, and is arranged in parallel with, both sides of the low voltage circuit region (7). The high voltage circuit region is arranged to provide a predetermined insulation distance d1 from the low voltage circuit region (7). As an electric power supply circuit, a transformer (L) is provided to connect the low voltage circuit region (7) with each high voltage circuit area (5).
