PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a contact pin from being deformed without reducing the flexibility of the contact pin in being deformed or without causing positioning accuracy to lower due to the increase in a stroke or time necessary for work to increase. SOLUTION: A contact pin cover 6 is mounted on a slide guide 1a of a contact block 1. The contact block 1 for holding the contact pin 2 is fixed on a movable head member 3 moving vertically along a shaft 4. The pin cover 6 covers the contact pin 2, in a vertically movable manner via a guide oblong hole 6a. When the head member 3 is in the position of a top dead point B, a stopper member 7 contacting with an upper end of the pin cover 6 prevents the pin cover 6 sheltering the contact pin 2 from being displaced. When the contact pin 2 is at the position of a bottom dead point A, where it contacts with a substrate 5, the pin cover 6 is in a state where it is movable relative to the contact block 1. Thus, the pin cover 6 is so constituted such that it will not prevent the contact pin 2 from contacting with the substrate 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
