The invention relates to a lightweight construction element, preferably a lightweight construction element for fastening partitions in airplane inner chambers having mounting points (2, 3) for fixing the lightweight construction elements in the airplane interior and a holding element (4) for the detachable fastening of a partition. With the objective of providing a lightweight construction element for fastening partitions, wherein said element not only has a lightweight design, but also has a design that offers the design engineer maximum design freedom, it is proposed according to the invention that the mounting points (2, 3) and the holding element (4) are connected to each other for the distribution of forces by way of laminate cups (5, 6, 7) forming the outer contour of the lightweight construction elements.
