PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll paper printer which can correctly obtain a continuous sheet of printing results even when there are transmission intervals among a plurality of nocut printing jobs. SOLUTION: The roll paper printer has a transmission source identifying means which identifies a transmission source of printing data received from a host interface means, a transmission source information storing means which stores transmission source information identified by the transmission source identifying means, a transmission source information comparing means which compares the transmission source of a printing job printed immediately before with transmission source information of a printing job to be printed next, an uncut printout object identifying means which identifies an uncut printout object, and an interrupt printing prohibiting means which prohibits as an interrupt printing of the printing job to be printed next if the transmission source of the printing job printed immediately before and the transmission source information of the printing job to be printed next are different from each other when the uncut printout object identifying means identifies the uncut printout object.
