<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scraping device for scraping off powder sticking to a wall face that has a simple structure and can continuously be operated for a long time with few troubles. <P>SOLUTION: The scraping device for scraping off powder sticking to a wall face is comprised of a pair of endless chains 12 each disposed in the vicinity of either side of a wall face 4 respectively to which powder is sticking, a plurality of scrapers 11 attached to the pair of endless chains 12 in a manner crossing the same at right angles for scraping off powder sticking to the wall face 4, a pair of chain wheels that drive and rotate the pair of endless chains 12, a chain-tension adjusting device 50 comprising a pair of rotors 40 rotatably contacting and pressing the endless chains 12 to apply a load thereonto for adjusting the tension of the endless chains 12, a catching preventive plate 31 for preventing powder from being caught between the endless chains 12 and the chain wheels, and an air-ejection nozzle 60 for blowing off powder carried by the endless chain 12 to prevent the same from being caught so as to prevent the disengagement of the endless chain 12 from the rotor 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
