PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working device for a plastic laminated element capable of automatically and efficiently manufacturing plastic ventilation members and other plastic formed products from the plastic laminated member. SOLUTION: A vertically movably supported lifting frame 24 is disposed in a rectangular parallelepiped frame 1. A melt-cutting device formed of a large number of a pair of upper and lower hot wires 38, 39 arranged parallel to each other at predetermined intervals is installed on the lower side of the lifting frame 24. A loading base for a laminated member 46 is installed under the melt-cutting device. When the hot wires 38, 39 of the melt-cutting device are lowered together with the lifting frame 24, the hot wires are moved integrally with the lifting frame 24 in the former half of the lowering operation, and moved diagonally downward independently of the lifting frame 24 in the latter half of the lowering operation.
