PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress erroneous authentication operation of a human body communication unit not mounted to a human body. SOLUTION: A pair of connector sections 46 is provided in a linear member 44 of a mounting member 40 that can be mounted to a human body. The pair of connector sections 46 is turned off when the mounting member 40 is removed from the human body. Power is supplied to an authentication control section 30 for starting according to the on/off of the pair of connector sections 46, thus changing an authentication disable state to an authentication enable state.
