<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a drive motor of a reel for winding or drawing out a flexible lengthy material, countermeasures for prevention of erroneous operation and its management accompanied by the detection of control factors are complicated since a plurality of control factors are required to control the drive of the motor, and motor control is liable to accompany the generation of excessive winding torque or draw-out torque, thus causing wasteful energy consumption and excessive tension to a cable, a hose or the like. <P>SOLUTION: When a winding load of the reel is reduced as a rotational speed becomes high by using the rotational speed of the motor (or the reel 1) for the operation factor of the control of the motor which drives the reel, a torque limit value of the motor by a drive control device 7 is operated to be small so that the torque limit value is lowered as the rotational speed of the motor becomes high, and when the winding load is increased as the rotational speed of the motor becomes high, the torque limit value of the motor by the drive control device is operated to be large as the rotational speed of the motor becomes high, and the motor is controlled by using the operation result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
