INVERTER DEVICE OF WASHING MACHINE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter device which can change the output characteristic of a permanent magnet motor having a specific structure in conformity with the characteristic of each operation of a washing machine.

SOLUTION: When a rotor of a drum motor is provided with a rotor magnet consisting of a neodymium magnet and an alnico magnet, a control circuit of the inverter device generates a d-axis current in such a manner as to change an amount of magnetization of the alnico magnet. The spinning operation is performed under a reduced magnetic flux of the rotor magnet (steps S8 to S10) and the washing/rinsing operation is performed under an increased magnetic flux of the rotor magnet (steps S3 to S5).
