The present invention relates to a bump stop (2) having a work part (21) and a fitting part, which is made of fixation clip (24) connected with the work part (21) by a first connecting element (22) and a securing clip (25) connected to the work part (21) by a second connecting element (23). The bump stop (2) is fitted to flat or shaped parts (1), especially to car lock parts. When it is fitted, it fits against the first connecting part (22) to a first side (11) of the part (1) and the second connecting element (23) fits against the second side (12) thereof. The fixation clip (24) passes through a hole (14) in the part (1) to its second side (12), where it is captured by its nose (241) between the part (1) second side (12) and the second connecting element (23). The securing clip (25) passes through the same hole (14) to the part (1) first side (11), where it catches by its tooth (251) to the hole (14) edge. The fixation clip (24) and the securing clip (25) completely fill the part (1) hole (14). The securing clip (25) is provided with a mounting tongue (252). The work part (21), both the clips (24, 25) and the connecting elements (22, 23) are made of rubber or plastics in one piece. |
