<p>The method involves heating cooked food (1) from outside to inside. Temperature of the food is measured using temperature sensors (6a-6c) at a position inside the food. A differential equation i.e. heat conduction equation, is used for determining core temperature. An approximate solution of the differential equation describing thermal diffusion of the food is selected from a set of pre-assigned determined solutions of the temporal processing of the temperature when characteristic measurement of the food is constant for thermal characteristics of the food. An independent claim is also included for a cooking device for handling cooked food in a cooking chamber.</p> |
