An universal rotary huller contains a housing, working disks installed with possibility of adjustment of a clearance between them, a feed bin, a distributor of the grain flow, mobile and stationary cowlings with openings, two working disks, one of which is abrasive, and the second disk consists of abrasive and rubber-lined parts, and a collector, which connects a cavity between the cowling and housing with a fan. The housing is made from two parts - a fixed basis and a mobile cover connected together by spring suspensions with possibility of performance of three-dimensional vibration oscillations of the cover relative to the fixed basis. Vibrators of the motor are fixed on the mobile cover with possibility of adjustment of value and direction of inertial forces action. |
