The device has rotors driving tubes (2 - 4) in an eccentric manner with respect to a rotational axis of the rotors. The rotors are driven is rotation through its periphery, and are integrated in a case. The rotors are adapted such that the tubes moving along the rotation axis traverse the case from an anterior surface to a posterior surface of the case, where the lock of hair is introduced in the anterior surface, and is emerged from the posterior surface. Sheaths (20 - 40) receive locks of hair, where the sheaths are made of flexible or semi-rigid material such as plastic material or tissue. An independent claim is also included for a portable apparatus comprising a main body.
