The distribution unit has a valve (7) comprising wings (715, 745) extending on both sides of a central flap (70). A partial cylindrical partition (615) is pierced from windows (63, 621, 622), and another partial cylindrical partition (645) is pierced from windows (66, 651, 652). The wings are pierced from windows (72, 75) and rectangular notches (73, 76), respectively. The windows or notches of the wings and partitions are selectively coincided in positions in such a manner to ventilating-communicate the flap with compartments (1-4). An independent claim is also included for a double air flow ventilation device comprising an electric fan.
