ACTUATOR WITH BUILT-IN LOAD SENSOR

Various means for detecting loads on the floor of a bed have been provided. However, a load sensor is constituted separately from the bed and is provided outside, thus suffering from various problems. In an actuator, one end of a screw shaft (1) is rotatably supported on a base (2), a female screw member (3) is screwed to the screw shaft, and an operating rod body (4) fixed on the female screw member is movable forward and backward in the axial direction of the screw shaft. In the actuator, a thrust bearing (6) and an operating cylinder body (7) supporting one end of the screw shaft via the bearing in the axial direction are provided in coaxial with the screw shaft, a detecting cylinder body (9) is provided between the operating cylinder body and a base side of a support member (8), and a distortion gauge (10) is attached to the external surface of the detecting cylinder body. The above problems are solved with the actuator with the built-in sensor.
