<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more simply check a software version related to mounting of electronic components on a printed circuit board and a state of license acquisition, thereby reducing the burden imposed on an administrator. <P>SOLUTION: The license acquisition is completed for "CAD conversion", and thus control is performed to display in black the characters of a software title "CAD conversion" appearing on the installation screen of a display unit 10A for a management computer 10. The management computer 10 compares a software version stored on a CD and a preinstalled software version for "CAD conversion".
