<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system carrying out equalization of electric power consumption and reducing facility costs and operation costs by cutting a cooling (heating) load during the peak of the summer (winter) season, and eliminating double cooling or heating such as carrying out precooling (preheating). <P>SOLUTION: In the air conditioning system, a plurality of air conditioners is installed in an air conditioning space, heat source water is heat-exchanged by a heat exchanger in a main cooling/heating facility, and it is recovered and circulated by a return pipe.
