PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a MFC/resin composite material dispersed uniformly with fellow MFCs (micro-fibrillated cellulose) into a resin, without flocculating the fellow MFCs, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: This MFC/resin composite material constituted of the resin and the MFC is dispersed uniformly with the MFCs to make the MFCs relaxed without being flocculated have air gaps, and are filled with the resins into the air gaps.
