<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a technique which can carry out positioning and fixation to a body to be measured with a measuring part of a measuring body having a simple configuration sensor element and a lead extending from the element, with a high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: In a fixation structure of the measuring body, a part which contains the lead 22a of predetermined length from the sensor element 21 is covered with a material 23 harder than the hardness of the lead 22. Further, the measuring part 24 which turns up into the lead side extending from the covered part is located on the measuring body. Moreover, at the body to be measured, the following three portions are provided; an insertion hole 31 into which a turn up edge part 24a of the measuring part is inserted; a housing part 32 which the measuring part is inserted from the insertion hole; and an abutting part 33 which stops loosing and is contacted with the edge of the covered part when the lead is pulled. The measuring part can be formed with covering and turning up, therefore, the measuring body becomes a simple configuration. The sensor element of the measuring part mounted in the housing part can be measured with high accuracy, because the element is always positioned the same position of the body to be measured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
