PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a 24-hour order system via the Internet wherein the system is configured of a clustering system which is complicated in configuration and relatively expensive in order to multiplex components of the system for high usability, while requiring extension of an active server when throughput becomes low due to increase in the order processing amount, and placing a heavy burden for extension work. SOLUTION: The order system is constituted of an order receiving system for receiving order and an order management system for actually carrying out the order processing. The order management system is divided into a server for transceiving a file and processing servers, the order processing is distributed to the plurality of processing servers.
