PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved spring force connecting device and a conductor connecting terminal having at least two fastening places. SOLUTION: This spring force connecting device 1 has a bus bar piece 2 having mutually unrelated two fastening places 5a and 5b, and is provided so that these fastening places respectively cooperatively act with one spring end part. The bus bar piece has mutually opposed two tail end parts 4a and 4b by respectively bending from an intermediate part on both sides of the intermediate part 3, and an internal angle of a bending range of these tail end parts exists on the same upper side of the bus bar piece 2. The tail end parts have respectively conductor through-ports 5a and 5b, and corresponding fastening springs 6a and 6b are inserted into these conductor through-ports, and one fastening spring end part of the fastening springs is supported by the bus bar piece, and the other fastening spring end part is placed on a fastening place formed in the corresponding conductor through-port in an unoperated state without a conductor.
