<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing coating liquid which has satisfactory scratch resistance and wear resistance of a cured film surface, and can attain a reduced refractive index and a reduced reflectivity and improve the water resistance of the cured film; and a reflection-reducing material using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The fluorine-containing curable coating liquid comprises: a film-forming fluorine-containing compound having film having a polymerizable double bond; and modified hollow silica microparticles modified with a silane coupling agent having a polymerizable double bond, and having a void fraction of 40-45% and an average particle diameter of 10-100 nm. The content of the fluorine-containing compound is set to 40-80 mass%, based on the total amount of the fluorine-containing compound and the modified hollow silica microparticles, and the content of the modified hollow silica microparticles is set to 20-60 mass% based thereon. The reflection-reducing material comprises a cured film of the fluorine-containing curing coating liquid, which is formed on the outermost surface on one side or both sides of a substrate directly or through a functional layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
