PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of promoting circulation of a circulation medium at the end of a tube. SOLUTION: An intercooler 1 is provided with a pair of tanks 2, 3 arranged at a predetermined interval, and a core part 4 comprising alternately and plurally arranged tubular tubes 7 and corrugated fins 8 arranged between the pair of tanks 2, 3. Both ends of the tube 7 are inserted through insertion holes 13 of the respectively corresponding tanks 2, 3 and fixed. A turn up piece 14 bent from a rim of each insertion hole 13 of the tank 2 (3) into the tank 2 (3) is formed, an end 14a of the turn up piece 14 is plastically deformed to approach a turn up piece 14 of an adjacent insertion hole 13, and an end 7a of the tube 7 inserted through the insertion hole 13 is arranged in a position lower than a height of the end 14a of the turn up piece 14.
