PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor sheet preventing a peeling and a bulging due to a volatile component generated after laying the floor sheet by using an adhesive and a walking load or the like and a corrosion due to an alkali component on an underfloor ground, being capable of easily peeling the floor sheet from the underfloor ground without peeling in layers in case of a re-covering and being capable of remarkably reducing the work of the floor sheet. SOLUTION: In the floor sheet S, a sheet layer 1 consisting of a thermoplastic resin and a rear non-woven fabric layer 2 are laminated and unified by an adhesive layer 3. In the floor sheet S, an adhesive reinforcing resin-containing region with voids is contained in a non-woven fabric made of a polyolefin resin in the rear non-woven fabric layer 2.
