PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure safety during work by preventing a worker from falling because his/her foot etc. is caught in a gap between scaffold boards spread all over rolling pipes during the work, by narrowing the gap; and to enhance working safety by reducing the number of working processes in a high place and shortening a period of time for height work, when a hanging member is latched to a scaffold hanging fitting. SOLUTION: A metal hanger, which is flatly erected along the longitudinal direction of a main pipe on the partial outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical supporting member for inserting and fitting the main pipe and the upper portion of which undergoes the fixing of a rising plate with a latching portion, is used as a member for hanging a scaffold body from a hanging member mounted on a structural material of an elevated structure.
