<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor in the clip-pinching work by allowing a user to swiftly perform the clip-pinching work by one hand. <P>SOLUTION: A clip body of the clip strap is formed of a pair of holding members 2. The end of each holding member is a holding part 3, and the rear end side of the holding member is an operating part 9, with connecting projections 6 and 11 disposed at the center. The holding members 2 are connected to each other via shafts 8 and bearing holes 12 provided in the connecting projections 6 and 11, and a closing spring member 13 to energize the holding members in the direction of closing the holding parts 3 and a support member are disposed between the holding members 2.
