<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low pressure air mixing and distributing system capable of optimizing air, temperature and acoustic performance of a low pressure mixing chamber. <P>SOLUTION: A mixing device 1 for gaseous fluids such as air, made up of a tank 2 having a central line and provided with inlet ducts 3 and an outlet duct arranged so as to create an upward swirling movement of the fluid in the tank in order to ensure homogenous temperature at an outlet, is characterized in that the tank includes at least one means for amplifying mixing that takes the form of at least one additional means communicating at least with the outside/inside of the tank. More precisely, the additional means for communicating with the outside/inside takes the form of at least one draining means defining an open or closed volume, placed at a lower part of the tank, further comprising at least one adjustable shutting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
