FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: method consists in the fact that rotary motion is imparted to processed part inside cartridge that contains one or more pairs of cutters, one of which, the main one, is installed with the possibility to perform oscillating motion in direction along its main cutting edge, and the second one, additional, is fixed in cartridge, reciprocal motion of longitudinal feed is imparted to cartridge, at that additional cutter is used to remove part of cut layer, providing conditions of free cutting for the main cutter. ^ EFFECT: reduced cutting forces. ^ 2 dwg |
