The device has a transporting device (8) for containers (2), where the containers are formed of hollow bodies made of thermoplastic and filled with liquid and/or granulate-shaped material using a filling device (9). The transporting device is connected to a thermoforming device (6), where the container is formed from a laminar foil (4) of thermoplastic material and separated from the foil. The device (6) with the transporting device serves as an integral part of the containers filling device. Uninterrupted sequence is executed from the forming of container till the filling of container. An independent claim is also included for a method for filling containers.
