<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a tongue plate when a seat belt is not used without requiring a great design change in a seat belt device or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The seat belt device for a vehicle is of a type in which the seat belt 20 is extracted from an inside of a seat to an outside through an opening portion 18 of a belt inserting member 16 provided in a seat back 10.
