PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam-column connection structure which facilitates simplification of a column structure while making effective use of a space under a beam. SOLUTION: The beam-column connection structure connects between a column C of a reinforced concrete structure and the beam B of a steel structure having a web 3 and flanges 4, with the web directed along the vertical direction, and with a longitudinal end of the web embedded in the column.
