PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a resin composition in which the stiffness and impact resistance are improved by dynamically cross-linking a blended elastomer component by using a cross-linking agent and which can achieve the reduction in wall thickness of a resin product for automotive interior/exterior applications comprising a polypropylene resin; and a resin product produced from the resin composition. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises: 30 to 55 mass% of an ethylene-propylene block copolymer having a melt flow rate of 60 to 120 g/10 min and a Charpy impact strength of 3 kJ/m2or more; 10 to 25 mass% of a homopolypropylene resin having a melt flow rate of 10 g/10 min or more and a bending elastic modulus of 2,000 MPa or more; 10 to 20 mass% of an elastomer which is an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber having a Mooney viscosity of 20 to 75 and in which at least one portion is dynamically cross-linked by a cross-linking agent; and 23 to 37 mass% of talc having an average particle diameter of 8μm or less.
