<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface plasmon resonance fiber which is easy to operate, easy to carry, high in resolution and high in analytical sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: The surface plasmon resonance fiber sensor 3 includes an optical fiber member 31 and a plurality of optical fiber sensing units 321 and 322. The plurality of optical fiber sensing units include a cladding layer 311, a core layer 312, and conduits 331 and 332, and the plurality of optical fiber sensing units are deployed into a cascade matrix form. In each optical fiber sensing unit, the cladding layer is located at the perimeter of the core layer, and the maximum depth of the conduits is larger than thickness of the cladding layer. Also, an SPR sensing device includes a light source, a light signal detecting device, a plurality of fibers, and a plurality of optical fiber sensing units. Moreover, the optical fiber sensing units, a light source, and the light signal detecting device are mutually connected via a plurality of fibers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
