PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that workability for incorporating a rotor into an electric motor drops since weight of the rotor increases by an amount of a magnet constituting a second magnetic pole part compared to a usual case when a rotor core is formed of a laminated steel plate in the rotor which is used for the electric motor and has a first magnetic pole part magnetized in a radial direction and a second magnetic pole part magnetized in a rotation axis direction. SOLUTION: The rotor which is rotatably arranged inside a stator of a rotating electrical machine by a rotation axis has the core where spaces that pass in a rotation axis direction and are parallel to the rotation axis are arranged inside in the radial direction by leaving prescribed intervals and are fitted to the rotation axis and a plurality of rotor magnetic pole parts which have the first magnetic pole part magnetized in the radial direction and the second magnetic pole part magnetized in the rotation axis direction and are arranged in an outer peripheral position compared to the spaces formed in the core.
